Hi, I'm Janelle! :)

With over a decade of experience in UX research, design, and product management, I've led transformative projects for industry leaders like the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Ernst & Young (EY), Northwestern Mutual, and Office Depot. My work is all about making user experiences smarter, not harder, by blending product management, strategic research, and innovative design.

Currently I'm a UX Lead at UPS. Overall I lead digital transformation by collaborating with diverse teams across various industries, all from my home base in Maryland. I’m actively expanding my expertise in Lean Six Sigma, SharePoint, AI, and machine learning to continue improving processes and creating smarter solutions that make life a little easier.
